Hand knotted pile tribal rug made with natural dyes and handspun wool. This rug, with its distinctly classical design, was woven by Turkmen weavers. The Turkmen weavers produce a very finely woven supple carpet with a symmetrical knot. This knot with the fine supple weave gives these carpets the look and handle of old tribal rugs.
