Ersari

Hand knotted pile tribal rug is made with handspun wool. This rug was woven in a project whose goal is to pay homage to the art of the traditional Ersari Turkmen carpet. The rich earthy red brown colors are emblematic of the Ersari people. Wonderful long staple handcarded and handspun Central Asian wool is used throughout in the wool on wool construction.
