Sunburst

Hand knotted pile rug made using natural dyes and handspun wool. This rug is woven with around 90kpsi and a stunning Sunburst Kazak design made with updated colors for the Nomad Rugs team. Wonderful rich blue background color works perfectly with the warm accent colors. Weaving takes place in the northern areas of Afghanistan where the art of weaving is reverently passed on from mother to daughter with the weaving of these rugs taking place in individual family homes.
