Sultanabad

This hand knotted pile tribal rug is made with all handspun wool and pleasing variation of color known as abrash in the rug trade. This rug was woven in a project whose goal is to pay homage to the art of the traditional Persian carpets. This rug is woven with a 90kpsi weave.  This particular rug has a classic Sultanabad design and features an “antique finish” with pile clipped down low to replicate the look and feel of an antique rug.
