Snow Lions

This thick hand knotted pile rug is made using handspun wool. This bespoke rug is woven in homage of the legendary Snow Lions of Tibetan myth. They represent fearlessness and perseverance over all obstacles. This new rug was modeled on an antique rug and is woven with around 40kpi. This coarse knotting along with the long silky soft handspun wool and rich dyes give this rug a warm and cosy feel. The rug is both timelessly tribal and progressively modern.
