This hand knotted pile rug is made using natural dyes and handspun wool; commissioned by the Nomad Rugs design team and woven by Turquoise Mt. weavers. Over 900 women in Afghanistan are being supported in this weaving project which creates a sustainable livelihood for weaving families. This rug features a Bidjar tree design in lovely colors and a 120kpsi weave.
