This elegant hand knotted pile rug is made using natural dyes and handspun wool. This piece is woven with a classic Kurdish village design showing the harshang motif and woven with a knot count of about 100 knots per inch. This is one of our “antique revival” carpets; carpets that have the look and feel of antique rugs with none of the wear-and-tear. This rug matches and even surpasses the quality of the fine rugs woven over 100 years ago.
