Heriz Red All Over

This dynamic hand knotted pile rug is made using natural dyes and handspun wool. The thick pile in this rug is from lanolin rich Central Asia wool. And the rich wonderful colors have a subtly variegated abrash. This finely crafted rug is woven with a tighter weave of around 120kpi. Hand woven in India, this rug embodies the spirit and heritage of traditional Oriental weaving. The glorious multi color all-over field is inspired by a 19th century Heriz NW Persian village carpet.
