Fine Bidjar Runner

Hand knotted pile rug made using natural dyes and handspun wool. This rug is woven with over 140kpsi and a stunning Bidjar design made with a rich blue color palate and commissioned for the Nomad Rugs team. Wonderful colors and this flowing all-over Bidjar Garrus style rug. Weaving takes place in the northern areas of Afghanistan where the art of weaving is reverently passed on from mother to daughter with the weaving of these rugs taking place in individual family homes.
