Caucasian Heybe

Circa 1900. This beautiful donkey bag (know as heybe in Turkish) is from the Caucuses and it is in nearly mint condition. Beautifully woven in a flat weave technique with supplementary weft weaving on top of plain weave. A lovely collectible tribal textile.
